Eliel and Metro Remodeling Systems did an amazing job with the rebuild of our house. Our home was damaged from a terrible storm and our original contractor was awful to us. We were referred by a coworker to use this company and we had a wonderful experience. Eliel was very communicative any time we had questions or needed something, and if he couldn’t talk at that time, made it a point to call us back as soon as he could. Every interaction and the whole process was extremely professional. Their work was top of the line and absolutely no shortcuts were made (with our experience, this is very hard to find). On a separate note, the company’s workers were very thoughtful of our situation with my wife being home on bed rest. They made sure to be as quiet as possible when they were here early mornings. I highly recommend using this company for any repair, upgrade, or addition to your home.

We have worked with Eliel at Metro on 3 separate projects in the past 2 years, and each time we’ve been very happy with both the experience and the results. The 3 projects included: 1. Painting the entire interior and building / installing new shelves 2. A 4-room 2nd-floor addition with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a screened-in porch (plus painting the entire exterior of the house and re-pouring part of the driveway) 3. Another screened-in porch, pool remodel, and front and backyard landscaping As evidenced by the range of tasks above, Eliel and his team are versatile and adaptable. They are also incredibly kind and authentic. We’ve welcomed 2 daughters into our family during the past 2 years, and Eliel and the whole team were very accommodating and understanding when we had to work around naps, etc. Eliel is a good communicator and I always felt we could have an honest conversation when needed (don’t underestimate how important that is!). Any time there was a hiccup, I could get him on the phone to talk through our options. He’s responsive, resourceful, and creative in coming up with solutions. Our house has a very specific aesthetic—not quite modern, not quite mid-century—and was built with relatively unique / high-quality materials, which made us nervous about adding on. Eliel took the time to get to know us, our likes/dislikes, and the nuances of our home in order to source materials and execute designs that feel seamless with the original house. I highly recommend using Metro if you’re thinking about an addition or remodel!
